How does bookkeeping process work?

We offer you a simple 3 step bookkeeping process

1. You send the information

You send your credit card statements, bank statements, invoices, etc. to us. You can send this information to us securely via Google drive or Dropbox. You can also mail your documents to our office.

2. We work on your books

We will enter the expense, income details from your statements and categorize them. We will then reconcile and match your credit card and bank statements. Our bookkeepers can also handle any other bookkeeping tasks you require for our business.

3. You will receive tax ready reports

Our virtual team will send your monthly or quarterly accounts, year-end accounts, profit & loss statement, balance sheet and other tax ready financial reports. These are tax ready documents to you.
